- gas line at furnace needs a sediment trap after shut off valve
-secondary drain needs a wet switch installed. it cant be ran into the pump for the primary drain
- A/C needs 20 amp fuses installed at service disconnect
- I also noticed a new gas fireplace was installed and vented most likely by another contractor which wasnt permited. fireplace installers need to pull a permit before this mech permit can be finaled
