Initial rough-in inspection for system # 2 completed and failed due to several issues. General description of such items include and are not limited to; system mains and branch lines at some areas are not installed to design dimentions off walls and columns, 4" main and fittings halfway inside a sheetrock wall, missing crosses for pendent arm-overs at the TEM lab branch pipe, missing coverage below ductwork and other obstructions over 4' throughout the mechanical rooms, incomplete seismic bracing, overspaced coverage at the corridor, added heads at the stair and a new room not reflected on plans, additional storage room adjacent to the loading dock without protection, no access to view installation above the new bootie room, open outlet and missing heads at the end and beginning of the 2 1/2' dirty link branch line- also need to install and secure retainers, etc.

FACP clear. Fire life safety finaled.
