Contractor has began cleaning up the residual, but there is a largeamount left to be cleaned up and removed.

Written Final Notice (Given to RP);
1. Clean up all mortar off of the soil around the mixing area.
2. Place the mixers on a poly liner with a perimeter barrier.
3. Install a stabilized construction exit at the back of the court per approved industry standards for access to the back of job.
4. Do not allow access to the back of job through the court until a stabilized construction exit is installed.
5. Clean up all sediment off of the hard surfaces.
**Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect at the end of the day.
