Overhead fire sprinkler work is satisfactory, tile and escutcheons have been installed. Final pending testing of the tamper switch at the newly installed wall post indicator. The new outside tamper switch for the wpi has been connected without an alarm permit. This work will require permitting, inspection and approval prior to final of the fire sprinkler permit.

Partial approval for phase 1 only. Third floor guest rooms, common corridor, nac panel, and attic tested okay, cm detectors on the first floor tested, elevator and equipment room tested, signals at central station verified. An additional sprinkler head is to be installed in the elevator equip. room- this will require an additional heat detector possible smoke detector relocation( to be tested and shown on approved plans when installed), provide permanent signage at the FACP room door, the smoke alarms at guest rooms facing the courtyard and adjacent to the fire doors in the corridors need to have the dust covers removed prior to final, show added a/v in the kitchen on approved plans, provide updated map at the panel. NFPA 72 form signed for phase one.

Tested functionality of notification and voice evac devices on floors 11,9,7,6,5,4, and basement levels, tested pulls, smokes, DD, sprinkler tampers, door release, and nac batteries on the basement and 4th floors. Door closure sequence at 4th floor and threshold hang up in the basement repaired while on site, need to provide updated map at the panel, provide resubmittals reflecting all field changes in the basement (Angels). An additional inspection(s) will be required to complete testing for the remainder of items not tested today due to time constraints per agreement.
