Todays inspection was for the wet system. I failed it because the plans and hydraulic calculations state the max spacing is to be 196sq ft per head. The installation and the piping plans show the heads at nearly 225sq. ft. I contacted Brian. The plans need to be resubmitted prior to the next inspection for verification that the greater spacing is hydraulically supported.

Inspection was actually for cover. Two sprinkler pendants were overspaced. I received a phone call from rick with treasure valley fire stating the problem had been fixed. I gave the general contractor permission to cover the remaining areas.

The sprinkler rough-in for the gymnasium is passed. See the plans for the areas to the south of the gym that were inspected. The piping above the mechanical mezzanine was not inspected due to time constraints.

The door hardware on the office doors does not unlock in a single motion. All other items are ok. Per the mechanical contractor the hvac unit is under 2000cfm.
