working with out a plumbing permit
Bill V. and Daryl S. Met with homeowner and looked at plumbing that was done by Two Thumbs Up Plumbing. A permit should have been taken out for work done and work was done unsatisfactorily. A leak around toilet was caused by work not performed in a manner conforming to the UPC.
a civil penalty warning was given and a double fee for permit and work needs to be done and called in for inspection...........ds
