The sprinkler rough-in is passed. Not all of the sprinkler drops have been installed. Final sprinkler spacing will need to be verified when drops, ceilings and soffits have been installed. The FDC has been relocated and a sprinkler main in a hydraulic remote area on the north side of the building has been rerouted. These changes will need to be verified by teh plan reviewer.

The forward flow test passed inspection. The forward flow/FDC assembley did not pass inspection and needs to be installed as per the drawings. Two 3" 90's have been installed at the base of the riser. It appears per the drawings that a very slim safety factor was acheived on remoted area #4. I need verification that the 5% requirement is still satisfied. Ceiling tile needs to be removed where additional hangers were required for the pendant heads. The third floor roof access room needs a ceiling and a pendant, walls to the deck or upright protection needs to be provided throughout the third floor attic space.

All items tested ok except the second floor flow alarm was sent out as a second floor tamper. The first floor electrical room horn was changed to a horn strobe as I waited due to the horn being non temporal.

The sprinkler system as installed matched the plans. The problem is that the plans state the maximum storage height is not to exceed 17'0" and it does. The storage appears to be less than 18" from the sprinkler pendants. The product storage needs to be permanantly reduced or the storage height needs to be addressed on the city approved plans.

Repair or remove the exit signs, provide stickers at the three exit doors as discussed, provide a tagged fire extinguisher and provide the building address with atleast 4" numbers of a contrasting color.
