No testing was performed due to the need to install shielded wire per the installation manual. Also need a map for the facp. As-builts need to be provided showing the supervisory being actually a trouble signal. Plan review is ok with this since the panel is not capable of a separate supervisor signal. I also spoke to the apartment manager about providing the required Knox Key Box and the annual inspections for the fire sprinkler system being seven years old. Necton was not verified.

This area is listed as outside the scope of work but the permited scope of work is causeing the coverage problem and it will need to be addressed.

They include providing a code compliant address, mounting and tagging the fire extinguishers, providing panic hardware at the main exit and providing single action hardware on the rear Storage exit door and remobing the 2x6 dead bolt/bar. There is an existing basic fire alarm system that consists of two manual pull stations and one horn. Per Scott Arellano its existance is to be noted and is ok to remain.
