Significant trackout from uncontrolled offroad driving open areas by workers, material unloaders, and quite possibly joyriders.

Tahoe Homes RP blocked off area where workers were driving with caution tape and also has instructed workers and material loaders to stay off mud.

Street sweeper is scheduled for Saturday, which should be good as the

No discharges or trackout out of East Valley subdivision. DI filter bags are installed and have remaining capacity.

Need to re-stake the fiber wattles that were lifted up.

Follow up on CN issued regarding trackout.

Street sweeper has cleaned Shellie street and Maple Grove as requested. Ken Scaggs returned call to state they would clean it up and BMPs will be implemented to mitigate the issue.

Sweeper was fairly effective but street is still relatively dirty. It will need to be swept again as soil continues to dry. Very muddy/wet with the freezing & thawing that is occuring.

No constuction entrance installed. Ken stated it is pit run sand on entrance and not native mud. If trackout continues an entrance will be mandated as it is in the ESC plan. Note: no dishcarges or runoff occuring. No MS4 infrastructure on Shellie street.
