When the battery in the AES panel was disconnected it reported as a supervisory on the FACP and did not report to the monitoring station. The FACP needs to be reprogrammed so that the AES trouble signals report to the FACP as trouble signals and then have the signals reverified at the monitoring station. Also the NetCon rating was only a 6. Tim stated that he would probably be installing a remote antenna.
