Provide single action hardware for the two exterior exit doors from the shop area and remove the sliding deadbolts. Remove the stairs or provide plan modifications addressing the stairs and lack of railings. Provide fire extinguishers as discussed. Provide electrical outlet covers. I also discussed potential issues with paint booths and high piled storage with the owners.

Could not perform the inspection due to the city approved plans being locked in the job shack. Also the area that was being requrested had been changed per the fitter. I deferred the changes to Tim Frost.
