Spill kit, barriers down slope of stockpiles, ok via COE to access worksite with trackhoe via river channel, one mob in and one mob out with equipement. Appr. 280 lineal feet of restoration. Only impact in waterline will be the "keying" in of the fabric and first course of material. Post yellow stormwater sign.
