Everything tested today except for the AES netcon needs to be retested. The signals sent to central station do not match what is being tested at the job site. Phase reversal and pump running are reversed. The manual pull station in the pump room is mounted too high.

Brian and I went over general life safety requirements which included door hardware on the dressing rooms, rear exit door and main exit doors. There is an issue with the placement of the existing remoter annunciator for the fire alarm system which will require me to make a return trip and involve the fire plans examiner for its final placement.

Todays inspection was for a conference. It needs to be verified through building plan review that it is ok to not finish part of the building but still have people exiting through these areas, several emergency lights did not function, fire alarm and fire sprinkler permits need addressed.

Rough-in pretty much matches the city approved plans except for there are three addtional 1" elbows in the remote area branchline. Verification needs to be provided to plan review that this does not adversly effect the calcs. Also no city approved review comments or data sheets were with the plans and will need to be provided prior to a final sign off. I let the builder know he could cover but its at his own risk.
