Tested horn strobe notification devices for the second floor mechanical and electrical room areas including the penthouse mech. except as noted per annotations (circut 52 and the 2nd floor corridor, noted one area lacking sufficient coverage, need weatherproof back box for the h/s at the roof deck, noted cd ratings on the as-built plans are not accurate to the field install at some locations, audibility is satisfactory.

Fire life safety finaled.

Fire sprinkler standpipe system modifications per the scope of work are satisfactory, inspection passed, permit finaled.

Overhead system modifications are acceptable for cover at the drop ceilings.

A fire alarm permit will be necessary to interconnect the new smoke detectors at the two FSD's to the FACP or provide an approved building plan modification for deletion of the dampers, need to remove the manual flush bolts at the lathe room inactive door leaf, also the fire sprinkler permit needs to be finaled prior to life safety.

Permit work has been scheduled for inspection.
