Barricade has been set up to prevent further trackout. Talk to RP Brian who said clean up is in progress. At site I saw that trash had been picked up and barricade installed.

Corrections remaining:
1. Sweep up mud on sidewalk from trackout
2. Sweep up adjacent sidewalk and gutter.

Trying to get residents in by next week and BLD FNL is scheduled for then. Corrections should be complete at this time as well.

Lucky Harris 13 subdivision now has Hunter Homes crews onsite working on the townhome "pods" - 6 units with a single access driveway off Pheasant Tail. There is some trackout on streets within the subdivision due to muddy conditions, but very little on Eckart and Warm Springs. Subdivsion DI's have filter bag inserts installed. No discharges offsite and perimeter BMPS are still installed. Lined concrete washout is at the south end of the project and is in good condtion and being used as directed.

Work on culvert for DD3 behind Anniversary Inn is complete and dewatering is shut down to just one pump. End of pipe discharge is very clear as well as downstream from the outlet. Parking lot edges that are muddy not yet curbed have wattle sediment containment installed. DI bags on Lusk are installed at the MS4 inlets and have remaining capacity.

Lusk Street should be swept this weekend or next to remove some loose sediment/trackout when all the worker vehicles are gone. Street is not bad, just needs regular cleaning to keep up with the construction activity.

Approved, no corrections at this time. Will revisit sweeping request next week.

Site is still muddy all around. Some trash and materials have been picked up and a worker was onsite sweeping driveway.

Need to finish cleaning mud off of street and gutter. Notified RP site is still not in compliance. Second notice.

Follow up on CN/final warning issued to the two Hayden homes sites on the corner of Snow Bird and Black Gold

Street was re-swept by sweeper machine and gutters have been shoveled of mud clods and dirt. Vehicles onsite no longer parking on disturbed area between curb and sidewalk.

Site is now in compliance and corrective action taken withink compliance time requested.

No trackout out to Pine Tree or Shoup from the new projects on Grey Pine. Grey Pine is muddy and needs cleaning and more BMPs to keep dirt and sediment out of gutter and street.

Receiving DI filter bag is trapping most of the dirt before entry into private stormdrain and has remaining capacity, but the dirt should be removed before entering bag.
