Talked with Luke onsite about posting construction sign, installing Perimeter BMP's and Construction Entrance. He stated he will do all of this, then call back in for a site prep inspection next week.

Need to post construction sign, cleanup site (no bmp's in place) sediment leaving the site into achd row. Jim stated he will get the construction sign posted and begin cleaning

no bmp's onsite. called RP left VM to contact me back and address issues asap.
Contacted another person from Flynner Homes Bill Haus. He stated he is the RP and that the Original person is no longer with the company. Bill stated he will contact PDS and get the info transfered over, post the construction sign, and install BMP's today.
