Check on repair status. Repairs in progress on stairs that have been closed only. Should be completed by end of day. Another building conferance has been scheduled for Jan. 4th. in the a.m. to inspect repairs. Also spoke with Darren with Greystar(maintenance contractor). They will be replacing 500 stair treads. I noted to Darren that they will need to hire a licensed structural engineer to inspect all existing egress stairs in complex. Engineer will note what needs to be replaced and repaired. A building permit will be required to be submitted showing allrequired repairs at there specific location.

joel Phone #: ###-####. Need fireplace rough in inspection. Provide approved fixes for joist cut above entry from garage(plumbing) and were duct work exits top of interior wall at kitchen duct. All load bearing pony walls supporting 2x6 framed walls above need to be 2x6. Correction notice posted.
