BCC 4-05-17(C)- It shall be unlawful to impede inspector. House staged prior to inspectoin. Unable to check all receptacles.
110.3- Devices shall be wired as per instructions. Stair 3 way switch miswire. Master bath GFCI will not hold for test.
210.8- Washer receptacle located with in 6' of a sink shl have GFCI protection. Recetpacles located in unfinished basement room shall have GFCI protection.
210.12- Master bed and down bed shall have AFCI protection. Breakers labeled GFCI only.
210.52(B)- Receptacle for island counter top shall be located with in 6" of overhang.
210.52(D)- Required bathroom receptacles shall be located adjacent to each basin. Add additional for 2nd down bath basin.

Split bus panel ok to remain as long as number of disconnecting means does not exceed 6. All conduits and cables installed in wet locations shall be rated for such location. House has a large number of junction boxes which shall remain accessible. Laundry circuit shall be added to laundry room in basement. Bathroom plumbing being replaced, wiring ok to remain. New work to include relocating kitchen area and adding bed and bath to east side of dwelling.
