New street curbing on Malad is complete and has been swept and cleaned. Access road to the subdivsion is paved and site utilities and drainage are also installed. Currently no activity, but the site has been left clean and dirt in central area is below grade of curbing so works to contain runoff and sediment.

No corrections needed, approved.

Work has resumed at Aralar subdivision with Idaho Sand Gravel on site excavating roads. New construction entrance has been installed on the south side of 5 Mile Creek but the muddy conditions and truck traffic has created significant trackout onto Lazaro and westbound lanes of Overland. Need to clean up the bicycle lanes.

Driving to other site, noticed issue. Upon return a sweeper was in operation addressing the trackout - so they are being proactive.

Corrections:
1. Lengthen south construction entrance ( too short)
2. Repair north construction entrance
3. Continue regular sweeping

Cantabria apartments subdivision is in process of being graded and the pool/community house is being built currently. Heavy rock construction entrances on Cloverdale and also on Overland. Silt fence BMP lines the canal for sediment protection/designate area of disturbance. Permit and SWPPP on site in trailer. Approved.

Work on warehouse frames and rood is in progress. No trackout, no earthwork occuring, and parking lot is already paved. No corrections.
