I spoke with the contractor, Rick, and told him that the sprinkler riser needs to have its annual inspection as well as the fire sprinkler monitoring system. Also there are new duct smoke detectors on the new hvac system and that they would need to be connected to the existing fire alarm panel and that this work would require approved drawings and permits
