Message to RP:
Parlially cleaned up the track at the south west end back of lot. Not to satifactory of what the city expects. Also high amount of foot traffic of of lots. Told the RP that the city expect if you choose to work within such weather conditions that you must clean up and maintain all issues that have occured on a daily basis or once has been completed for the day. Failure to comply with the expectations will result in a stop work order. Will re-inspect on 1/6/09 AM.

Message to RP:
Post ESC signs where visable from the street. Clean up all sediment and debris tracking onto the hard surfaces. Will re-inspect on 1/7/09am.
