Some ponding in center of sub will need to be monitored to make sure it doesn't overflow or cause sediment runoff. No hillside erosion observed on slope areass, most of which are vegetated. Permit and SWPP on site. Approved.

3 townhomes in progress in Trailwinds sub with seperate permits. Excavator and foundation crew drove over perimeter wattles in certain areas and mud/dirt that is unfreezing in uncontained. No major trackout to streets, but some mud and dirt on sidewalks.

No perimeter protection on stockpile next to the townhome in progress.

DI protection in working condtion.

Corrections:

As weather allows, clean up mud and dirt that has left sites. Reinstall/repair wattles that have been damaged and protect or remove the stockpile.
