Need to finish sprinkler expansion into the existing areas of the church. Per the structural inspector wall in two rooms will need to be extended to the deck. This may effect sprinkler coverage. I can find no record of a hydro test which will need to be done before the permit is finaled. Forward flush of the backflow preventor passed.

Need signage or painting of the curb when the final happens. Knox key box and occupant load signs need installed for the new addition. Per Dave Hanneman a temp is ok when fire alarm and fire sprinkler is complete in the new addition.

Alarm system was not ready to test. I did a walk through and found one location in the basement where the spot detector for the fire/smoke damper activation exceeded 5' from the damper. They are going to relocate it.
