Inspection cancelled per Don due to the hood not being connected to the fire alarm system. As a side note I stopped an electrician from connecting the hood to the fire alarm until a permit has been submitted and issued. I also spoke with one of the owners "Ling" about this issue.

I notified Scott Carter that I was not comfortable continuing with the inspection due to the issues encountered during yesterdays inspection. Again the remote area in question is down to a 5% cushion due to the pipe routing changes already encountered and now there have been additional fitting added that were not shown on the as-builts of the plan modifications. Plans need to be resubmitted that shown ALL pipe routing changes and additional fittings with the accompanying matching hydraulic calculations prior to any more inspections.
