No offsite stormwater or non-stormwater discharges observed. Permit is posted on job trailer. Site has done a good job remaining in compliance. No violations or complaints received about the site to date.

The Tech Mall building is complete and occupied. The site is landscaped and construction materials and loose sediment have been removed. The DI bag on Cloverdale MS4 has been removed, but the DI bag on parking lot storm drain is still installed, but can remain until removed for maintenance. No further ESC inspections needed.

Inspection of the SWPPP previously submitted for the Cordillera development (ESC14-00059) did find that the pool and pool house are located within the permitted area of disturbance and on the ESC site map.

Drop inlets in parking lot will keep filter protection in during work. Trackout will be swept. Dirt from the pool will be stockpiled on the open land (same owner) to the east which will be a new phase and covered under seperate permit with new SWPPP and site map.

Approved. Plan review to be changed to pass.

Dewatering is ongoing at Lusk Place. 2 pumps currently running, groundwater is looking clean and clear but one of the hose outlets was stirring up the creek bed. McAlvain crew shut off pump and changed discharge system to go through a pipe and dissipate on some rip rap. Discharge at other end of culvert under Ann. Inn parking lot looked clearer than initial observation.

Turbidity sample taken by McAlvain was at 27 NTU (50 is limit).

No trackout or discharges to MS4 system. Approved. Will begin putting in manholes next week for DD3 new culvert. Dirt to be offhauled. Will need to monitor trackout.

Site is surrounded by pre-existing curbing to the north, west, and east that is above grade of the disturbed dirt and containing sediment and runoff. Perimeter wattle protects the remaining site. DIs have inlet protect, no stormwater or non-stormwater discharges occuring at time of inspection (much of site is frozen) . Permit posted, no violations observed.

Parcel is adjacent to the two projects started yesterday and the houses will be aligned 3 in a row back from street. BMPs installed. Permit posted. Excavator did pretty good to minimize trackout in yesterday's work. Approved.
