I was at the job site doing a fire sprinkler rough-in on the 3rd and 4th floors and found fire alarm device backboxes and wire installed throughout the 3rd floor and in small areas of the 4th floor. After verifing that only the 2nd floor had be approved for starting with Mary and Dave I issued a stop work order to the project superintendant. Stop work order is for all fire alarm work and sheet rock work that would cover up the fire alarm work. I made this clear with the superintendant.
