I spoke to Brian Johnson and to Andy, the builder, about the PIV that was shown to be installed on the overhead sprinkler plans has not been installed. Per the separate underground permit FIR08-00514 no PIV was being installed. The PIV needs to be installed, a wall PIV approved by the city of boise installed or the one hour room with exterior access provided. Brian stated that he would contact me with a solution.

Also need the exit discharge lights installed at both main exits and the exit sign, corridor emergency light and exit discharge light repaired at/in the north exit corridor at the meat department. The west exterior exit door out of the flower service area needs the large metal bar/deadbolt/padlock removed.
