Found that the equiptment that was staged in the parking lot to the east was Boise City Public works. It will be removed today. It was done to to the conditions of the staging area yesterday. Spoke to RP and told him that if the area was going to be utilized as a staging area in the future, that the ESC permit would need to be ammended to show the area. Also they would need to get an approval from the landowner for the use of the parking lot. Will contact the complaintee of the resolution.
