Plan modification will be necessary due to numerous changes to the original design and approved plans including; approx 25 new ID detectors, mag locks at three sets of doors, added smoke and heat detection at the elevator hoistway, relocated sprinkler risers, new ADA rooms and notification appliances, revised matrix, etc. Need to provide notification at the gym restroom, post signage at the FACP room door. Elevator is not in service to complete recall and shunt tests.
