See the city approved plans for locations of deficiencies which include all of the strobes in the storage areas being mounted too high, alot of the strobes over the main sales floor are overspaced off of the walls and the strobes in the deli area are overspaced. None of the audio/visual devices were tested for operation. As-built will be required showing any additional devices. The NAC panels have been tested for interconnection to the existing facp.

Lower the 110 cd strobe in the storage area, install the existing smoke detector that is over the facp to the deck, provide the missing strobe in the east storage area and retest all of the audio/visual devices.

All of the initiating devices were tested today. Items needing corrected include providing separate points for the first floor flow switch and the second floor flow switch. The horn/strobes need to be tested for sync and all of the elevator functions need to be tested as well. Permit will not be finaled until Alarmco has submitted and passed inspection for their wireless transmitter. As-builts from Simplex are required showing the small modifications and the deletion of the phone lines.
