Verbal Notice to RP.
1. Clean up all sediment and debris from all hard surfaces.
2. Install a sediment barrier at slope of disturbance along Five Mile.
Will re-inspect on 1/09/09.

Talk with RP and also the dirt workers.
Prior to any storm event or end of the day to clean all hard surface of all sediment and debris. Will re-inspect 1/9/09.

Correction Notice has been lifted. Went over with Rocky (Public Work PM) and Bob (Somer Const. Foreman/ Operater) over areas and issues of concern.
1. Inspect on a daily basis the perimeter of the basin (berm) for any over flow or boils. Correct as needed.
2. Inspect the Jersey Barrier dam for complete closure when water is turbid, so no discharging is reaching the wetland area of Wallings Creek.
3. When discharging turbid water into basin to inspect ALL discharge point of of the basin into the wetland area periododically.
Will re-inspect on a daily basis.

Correction Notice:
1. Discharging of turbid water into the watland area. Not into the sedling basin.
2. Devert all tubid water into the basin ara by block ing off the wetland discharge point by the use of the deversion Dam.
Fail ure to comply will result in a stop work order.
