On 11/30/01 @ approximately 4;30 pm Craigs attorney, Joann Buttler phoned me and informed me that a permit had been obtained and Craig would like to meet with me to discuss opening. I informed Joann to have Craig meet me in the main lobby of the 2nd floor, Boise City Hall. After review of Craigs documentation I informed him that he had no permit only the materials required to apply for a permit and when he obtained a permit we would respond to any requested inspections. At this point Craig phoned Joann and handed me his phone, and I also informed her there was no permit and that he would not be allowed to open.
