A temporary occupancy was given with dave hannimans permission until the elevator recall has been tested. The elevator is to remain locked out and unusable until all inspections have been passed. All other life safety items have been tested.

Inspection was for the pool room. Two additional branchlines have been added at each end of the pool room. One of them is in the remote area and has been piped off of the 1 1/4" branchline. The starter pieces are now 1 1/4" instead of 1". Plans and calcs need to be resubmitted. Do not cover piping.
