Project is not ready for a final inspection. Jeremy just needed a rough-in inspection but I found that the piping routing and pipe sizing is incorrect and all of the restrooms are labeled Upper Level Southwest. Provide as-builts with these corrections prior to another cover inspection.

Need the project related fire alarm permit finaled and all of the exit signs/emergency lights, noted on the city approved plans, repaired. Also one door is marked with exit signage on the plans but not installed in the field. Also the rear fire dept access gate does not have the required 20'-0" clearance between posts.
FIR11-00382 INSP-Alarm Testing10/7/201110/10/201110/10/2011 9:58:18 AMADONE
All items have been tested. Need the plan modifications, and any changes corrected, and then this permit can be finaled.
FIR11-00299 INSP-Conference10/10/201110/10/201110/10/2011 8:17:03 AMPDONE
I just spoke with the job superintendant at Bishop Kelly. No work has been done for protection of the supply piping that is exposed. The mason did not show up friday to infill the old doorways and no dog house with heat has been built. I discussed that this last weekends temperatures had been in the upper 30's and that they are currently non code compliant. Of the two superintendants here, one stated that by installing this "dog house" we would be conflicting with his framing. An email was sent to the fire dept requesting direction.
