Added by Inspector: 409 On 10/11/2001 3:20:38 PM met with Brett after receiving the letter from Doherty Electric dated 10/9. There were 2-3 strobes that were hanging and were repaired on the spot by Brett. I asked Brett about the alarm on the 5th floor and he said an occupant burnt something on the stove and the room detector activated and that signal indicated a supervisory at the FACP. The panel was clear upon my arrival indicating no troubles or alarms.
