Repair all of the inoperative exit signs/emergency lights, add emergency lights in locations as discussed, verify occupant load signs as discussed, remove the lock from the custodial closet door. The master switch on the ice rink emergency lighting is ok with Scott as long as a trained individual is stationed at this switch during functions.

Romeo Gervais and I met with Chad and Rich Raimondi, with Bishop Kelly, about the need for protection of both the fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems that are exposed to the elements. It was agreed that steps would be taken starting today and completed by the end of the week. Chad said he would follow up with me later in the week at which time I will perform a courtesy inspection.
