Discussed construction schedule with RP and stabilization requirement. RP stated that a native grass seed mixture was broadcasted over disturbed areas and will send me the date when he confirms. RP will email schedule for the anticipated start date of construction for each lot. Requested schedule by 10/18. Discussed drainage patterns and runoff risk of the subdividision. Set up on-site conference to discuss concerns for 10/24/12. Correction notice issued.
