Contacted Robert via cellphone and left message to cleanup and haul off multiple concrete slurry washouts throughout the entire project and adjacent site. Took Photos. Disclosed to have cleanup by this afternoon 10-11-13 or a Stop Work Order will be placed on both sites. Will Re-inspect this afternoon to assure compliance was met. EJ
