Apparently the general contractor called in the inspection without the fire alarm contractors knowledge. I called the fire alarm contractor and got no responce. No inspection performed.

The club house branchline piping located below the hard lids but above the lay ceiling passed. Prior to cover the armovers will need to be inspected. I notified the sprinkler contractor that the fireplace area and the stairwells will need to be opened up for verification that the combustible areas have met the exceptions as stated in NFPA 13 for areas not requiring sprinklers. Another potential problem are the combustible eave pockets.

Piping is ok to cover but depth of bury will have to be checked at final. Per Brian it will be ok due to landscaping. Top of pipe is 4'-9" below the building foundation and measures 14' off the face of the building. The 4'-6" will be verified.
