Regarding Watson Creek pump house demo. Toured with B. Archibald. Ok to issue BLD (Demo) permit with blanket ESC permit if controls are in installed along the river and the RP (Brett Hart) is overseeing activities during demo and site is stabilized upon the completion of the project. Communicated this information to Jay W. (Brighton) and Gary H. (Wetlands). Will follow up.
