Crew has installed silt fence perimeter on all sides excect where retaining wall will be on SE boundary.
Will need to install washout pit or leakproof container and trash container once building starts. Permit posted. Downstream DI has filter protection.
Excavation to begin tomorrow.

BLD finaled end of August. Home is occupied and has been landscaped with areas of sod and hydroseeding. Orange wattle below retaining wall may remain until hydroseeding is fully grown. Bond in place to ensure hillside remains stable and erosion issues do not occur.
ESC permit conditions satisfied.

Parking lot is being prepped for paving which has caused the trackout. Will need to be swept after stabilizing. Will check back tomorrow PM before forecasted rain on Wednesday.
