Level 3- Low volt covers loose, North office broke MC above ceiling and cove light box open, MDF room UPS31B shall be placed to maintain work clearences on panel boards as noted in 110.26.
Level 4- Furniture low volt covers loose.
Level 5- Clear cables from all access panels installed formisc equipment above ceiling system.
Level 6- Server room upper ladder rack bonding not complete.
Level 7- Remove Otis temp power cord from wall located in elevator quad core east.
Temp occupy ok when core and shell ELE temp final granted.

Unable to final due to out egress lighting not complete at exits of stairways.
Items to complete for temp occupancy. 404.8(A)- Handle for switch handle on bus duct shall be max height of 6'7" on floors 7, 8, 9.
695.6(A)- Supply conductors and fire pump equipment shall be located where total seperation of other corridors and power sources of at least 2 hours. Only single layer of 5/8" dry wall on stairway walls exposed to fire pump room.
