Reviewed project and SWPPP with RP Kyle. Will not require the silt fence on west side of site, the existing perimeter is bermed to direct sheet flow inward to the site.

Main BMP will be the stabilized construction entrance which is to be installed tomorrow morning. No MS4 inlets or conveyances receive stormwater from site. Flat; canal on north boundary is in under ground culvert.

Excavation to begin tomorrow. Approved.

Permits posted, minimal trackout to Wendys parking lot. Site is surrounded by security fencing and initially an entire perimeter or silt fence. Some stretches of silt fence have been replaced by the curbing that has been installed for the new parking lot design. Receiving DIs have filter protection, gutters on Franklin and Milwaukee are free of sediment from site. Approved.
