Irrigation water is no longer running through site and discharging to Boise River channel. Groundwatering is complete as well.
RP stated entry roads are to be paved next week and he will provide a stabilzed parking area for workers to prevent trackout and creation of puddles in parking lots. Concrete washouts are being utilized.

No response from RP- developer in regards to Correction Requests (Tuesday - me, Evan - today) to schedule dust suppression application and/or hydroseed with tacifier. Area is dusty from traffic and windblown dust.
Additional controls:
1. No further equipment parking in the area of concern on HV Road.
2. Install fencing to control access to area (turn arounds, cement trucks, lost drives). Block access within subdivision on the unfinished portions. Note - issued request to Tahoe Homes to direct concrete truck and subcontractors not to use these roads.
3. Water truck to be onsite for all construction activity and further grading. No activity at site at time of inspection.
