Additional controls:

1. No further equipment parking in the area of concern on HV Road.

2. Install fencing to control access to area (turn arounds, cement trucks, lost drives). Block access within subdivision on the unfinished portions. Note - issued request to Tahoe Homes to direct concrete truck and subcontractors not to use these roads.

3. Water truck to be onsite for all construction activity and further grading. No activity at site at time of inspection.
