-each head unit has arma flex rips that need repaired indoors and outdoors- condensate needs to run all the way down into the drain pipe in the washer box- one condensate line in the wall needs grade to drain- dryer vent next to indoor unit needs repaired, it was damaged when hit by a hole saw cutting a hole in the wall for a lineset
