FIR12-00543 INSP-Final Inspection10/19/201210/19/201210/19/2012 3:55:24 PMPFAIL
Inspection was actually a rough to cover. Sprinkler piping can be covered but the pendant head spacing can not exceed the 130 sq. ft. maximum as per the approved drawings. Revised hydraulic calculations can be submitted to verify a larger spacing or additional pendants added as discussed.
MIS12-00290 FIR-Conference10/19/201210/19/201210/19/2012 3:47:57 PMPDONE
The plumbing inspector notified me that what appeared to be an underground supply line was being buried in the same trench as the plumbing pipe he was inspecting and that it was buired too shallow. I went to the job site and found 2" black poly pipe already buried. It was verified that no FIR permit has been applied for this work. A stop work order was posted on site and Tim Frost was notified in plan review. Pictures were taken and emailed to Tim Frost as well of the installed piping.

I stopped at the job site and found that the tenting had not been repaired or the batt insulation installed.

FIR12-00494 INSP-Sprinkler Rough-in10/18/201210/19/201210/19/2012 2:32:58 PMAPASS
See the city approved plans for new locations where sprinkler piping can be covered. I also noted that a new wall located in the dressing room is now blocking a pendant head. It appears one pendant will need to be added and the pendant relocated to be more than 4" from the new wall. Also noted one pendant will be overspaced from the north side of the new entry vestibule when installed. Don and I agreed to add one pendant at this location.

This was an early morning after hours inspection. No testing was actually performed due to most of the strobes were overspaced/wrong candella. By the time the changes were made we were outside the window of testing. Rita was contacted for overtime billing.
