Post precipitation inspection conducted at 4 PM Singificant sediment runoff from disturbed areas in EV phase 1 & 2, in particular at the northeast corner along HV Road as well rill erosion through banks and slopes in
No BMPS installed or implemented at site other than DI protection, resulting in sediment running off site with a storm rated at 0.10 - 0.25" in last 24 hours of inspection. With more rainfall and intensity situation would be much worse.
Corrections:
1. Meeting on site to discuss BMP installation
2. Clean roads,
3. No corrections or response has been made on the CN issued 10/14, other than notification work would resume.
4. Need to apply hydroseed and/or hydromulch slopes not actively being worked up.
5. No SWPPP signage or information found on site.
