Upper slopes have been tracked and sediment barriers in place, as well they have been hydro-seeded. Lower slopes are tracked only. Needs collection area at bottom near Starcrest and access road to have water bars to break up the long run. Will follow up.

Lawn Co re-sprayed both slopes, (hydro-mulch, seed and tackifier). Adequate thicknes has been applied. Informed Dave B. (Boise Parks) that this application should be used for a test plot. We will leave this permit open until grass has been re-established, (summer of 2010). Note: barriers on the slope will remain in place as a permanent measure; NOT TO BE REMOVED.
