Todays inspection completed the first floor high area which is ok to cover but the piping addition will need to be shown on the resubmittals. I also inspected the basement which will need to be resubmitted due to changes and overspaced pendants. The pendants have been calculated for 121 square feet per head but many exceed that. I gave the ok to cover on the piping over the offices along the north basement wall but head spacing will have to conform to the resubmitted plans when approved. The underground pipe type and size does not match approved plans. I asked Trent to please reflect the changes on the resubmittals.

Permit finaled. One existing a/v is overspaced in exiting area and will remain that way until a remodel. One existing 15cd strobe in an existing corridor with a new wall wsa changed, while I waited, to a 110cd strobe. EOL drop was verified on this circuit.

Per conversation between Darren with HC Company, Mark Sentenno and myself areas of this project will be phased. The tenant will be able to occupy the remodeled areas as long as all fire alarm, fire sprinkler and fire life safety items are complete in the occupied remodeled areas. A final will be given when the entire project is complete.

Life safety passed.
