Provide means of egress illumination to include exit discharge per note number 13 of the building permit fire code plan review. Slide bolt located on north exit door must be removed (note number 10), screen door on north exit must be removed, door does not swing with the path of travel. Round type door hardware must be replaced with single action lever type hardware. Provide modifications to the fire sprinkler system (note number 1), sprinkler heads in cooking area need to be replaced due to excessive external loading, fire sprinkler head needs to be added in main entry vestibule. Maximum occupancy placard needs to be placed in seating area as per note number 9.

Door leading from corridor to terrace does not comply with IFC 1008.1.9.8 and 1008.1.9.9. Correction needs to be made for IFC compliance before permit can be finaled.

Installation plans do not match the city approved drawings, installation of fire sprinkler piping needs to match the city approved drawings, cover is not approved for requested area's (Partial corridor cover request on levels 3, 4 and 5). Insulation is installed in area's where cover has not been approved, any fire sprinkler piping that is covered before inspection is completed will have any and all cover material removed for a correct inspection to be performed.
